Our COVID policy

At Litsa Studios, we are ready to host you and create a hospitable atmosphere for your holidays, despite the special conditions of COVID 19 pandemic!


We all should remember that prevention is the most important measure to keep us safe! We have changed our operational procedures by adopting the current health precautions in order to ensure both your and our health. Our business is certified by the Greek Ministry of Tourism that follows the established safety protocols.


Our entire team has been educated in new hygiene protocols. We use personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, disposable suit), where necessary. Our staff is being tested for COVID-19 twice a week.


Antiseptic gel has been placed at the outdoors for hand cleaning. All common areas are cleaned and all objects where there is frequent hand touch (knobs, switches, handrails, tables and chairs) are sanitized 3 times a day.


All rooms are being cleaned and disinfected with the use of steam cleaner and special products. The bed linen has been washed at a temperature above 70oC, with the appropriate amount of detergent, dried in a dryer at high temperature, and ironed in a high temperature cylinder. Most warm blankets have been removed from the room, but they are clean and available, if asked.


We have placed less kitchen equipment in the rooms to be easier to thoroughly clean and disinfect between arrivals. As for the breakfast stuff that we place in the room, you will find less than usual (always in individual packages) and you can ask us for whatever extra you want.


In order to minimize the contact, we are obliged to refuse daily cleaning and daily change of linen. We clean the room every second or third day depending on the duration of the reservation wearing gloves, mask and disposable suit. If you want more frequent cleaning, do not hesitate to ask us. Entry to non-residents in the rooms is prohibited.


We set new check-in and check-out time: check-out until 11.00 am and check-in from 3.00 pm. This change in the time interval is mandatory to ensure that between different customers the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.


In order to track contacts in case of incident of coronavirus, we keep a record of the staff members and all the people who stay at the hotel – name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, phone, e-mail) complying to GDPR standards.
